Ch Ch Ch Changes...

As the title suggests we have big changes going on in our life right now. We got curtains made this week! I just gave a guy some material and he made these for me and then came over and spent 2 1/2 hours installing them. They make the place homier don't you think? Also the cute lamp in the corner is my Valentine's gift from Cody, isn't he adorable!

These fotos are from our fun-filled fiesta with a friends family and fabulous food from French folks. Anyway, we spent the day talking and trying on their dress clothes for fun. As you can see Cody is about one foot taller than the Dad whose clothes he is wearing, so he is trying to pull off the high-water M.C Hammer look. There were also dirty sheep grazing when we walked around the neighborhood so I got a pic of this cute little filth eating an orange peel.

the reason this pic is here is to add it to our profile. it is sort of complicated to explain if you don't already understand, so just disregard this pic

Boats, Gangs, and Your Bed...

This week we went to the city on the other side of the river and spent the afternoon. We took a $0.20 boat ride and walked forever. Here are some pics from that adventure. A lot of people have told Cody he looks like the men here! We don't think so. This place seriously reeked of nasty fish. Notice the Arabic graffiti…such a romantic day.
We spent 9.5 hours at our friend’s house making national food. Carrie pretended to help out her friends. Cody was teaching his friend the all important gang signs of America. WEST SIDE!!! Here is also our feeble attempt at artistic photos. We are walking into the sunset...
This is the new addition to our office. If anyone wants to come and visit this is where you will be staying!

Week Away

Sorry for the delay in posting. We missed our weekly post because we have been out of town for a week. Here are a few shots from our visit. We took a carriage ride through the city, shopped at the market, ate tons of good food and had a good time with our friends.
