Nellie recently got a new hat from one of her Great Aunties and I LOVE it! She looks so precious in it and I haven't seen any babies in Alb. wearing anything like it. I can switch out the bow to match whatever she's wearing.

Just got it in the mail. You can see she's thrilled in this one.

Sweet face. Her eyes are still blue. Lighter in the center and then darker on the edges.

Friday was Nellie Bean's 5 month birthday. To celebrate we took her for her first ride in her big girl stroller. Remember this Maclaren stroller we got? Well now that she can somewhat support herself she can ride in this one. Doesn't she look huge!!!

Nellie and Oliver (Gabe and Gelaine's little boy) flirting at a BBQ at their house this weekend. Aren't they so sweet!? Oliver is so adorable with Nellie. He's real gentle and gives her hugs and kisses and him and Lucy take turns "playing" with Nellie.

An here's Lucy. She's the best helper ever.

I love these silly pics of Nellie standing on the couch in her pj's. Her head looks enormous with skinny little legs.

Haven't shown ya'll a screaming pic in awhile. These were her new 3-6 month pj's so I had to get a pic but Nellie was done for the day as you can see.

Playing with Daddy on the couch. See the video below to watch Nellie picking up the clicker. She's starting to grab everything and it's so cute!

I did a little 5 month photo shoot and I captured some funny faces below!

This one she seems to be saying "my cheeks are too big I can't hold my head up anymore!"

On Sunday we all dressed up in our Moroccan clothes and did a little spot for the kids classes about how people in Morocco dress and taught them a couple of French and Arabic words. Here is Nellie in her takshita.

Cody wearing his djellaba.
(Karen was right about the last video...it was the theme song to the show House!)
So I was going to try the rice cereal on her 5 month birthday Friday but we went out that night and got home late. We have been busy every evening and by the time we get home it's time to give Nellie a shower and put her to bed. I don't want to try food for the first time while she's tired and ready for bed. I do want to have her practice in the next few weeks before her sixth month check up when she has to start foods so hopefully soon we will start.
I can't believe my little baby will be 6 months soon. People were not joking around when they say time flies. She's so big and developing this little personality. Luckily for me, she's likes to cuddle. I am a super touch person so all day I am giving her kisses and hugs. In the morning I put her in bed to feed her and we go back to sleep together and she has to be laying right up next to me with her head facing me. If I try and scoot over she wiggles her way over so she's pressed up against me. I know I'm not done breast feeding yet but I can already tell you I am really gonna miss it when she stops.
Tonight we are all going to our first Sedar dinner. I have never been to one but I am looking forward to the experience. There is no childcare so I am sure there will be tons of families. Have a great week everyone!!!
